You know, I'm not sure this is actually the best possible solution. So now we have to wait for the Supreme Court to decide, in 3 or 4 years, if he can be put to death. If these terrorists are given "American" trials and freedoms, why not let them experience a part of America they haven't seen? The American prision system.

But he'll be tucked away in "protective custody" instead of being put into the general prision population. Why??

This guy is going to die one way or another. Question is does he die in a controlled or uncontrolled enviroment? He pleaded guilty, got a fair trail, let him experience America as we do.

My opinion is that if put into the general prision population he'd be dead in two weeks. And there folks is the answer. Now that's justice.
